Bathurst.
A name that echoes through the automotive world and gets the blood pumping of anyone who loves motorsport. It’s more than a racetrack — it’s a proving ground. A brutal ribbon of asphalt where man and machine are pushed to their limits, where endurance, bravery, and engineering collide, and where legends are born.
In the early 1990s, a fire-breathing monster arrived from Japan and rewrote the rulebook. It dominated Mount Panorama so completely that officials had no choice but to step in and change the rules just to stop it from racing again. That monster was the Nissan R32 GT-R.
They called it Godzilla.
Now, while we may be far too poor to park the real Godzilla on site, we’ve done the next best thing — we’ve unleashed Godzilla’s little cousin for this competition.
This Micra may be small, but just like its legendary relative, it’s been given the gift of boost. Turbocharged, loud in all the right ways, and far quicker than anyone expects, this little beast absolutely flies down the road — keeping up with, and upsetting, more than a few cars with much bigger power figures and even bigger egos.
This baby Godzilla is the kind of car that instantly puts a massive grin on your face. The reaction it’s had already, just from short videos alone, has been unreal. It’s currently running low boost — which is still a handful — but there’s serious potential here. If the winner wants to turn it into a box of pure, unfiltered chaos… the foundation is already laid.
Finished in iconic GT-R livery and sitting on BBS wheels, this Micra really does stand out and ticks all the boxes for a car someone can really enjoy.
We love having little turbo Micras on site. They’re ridiculous, they’re hilarious, and they deliver endless entertainment — and that’s exactly what EP-COMPS is about. We’re here to have fun, give away cars built for real car people, and do it at odds and prices that are actually fair.
If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a slice of motorsport legend — with a twist — this is your chance.
