What can we say, it’s a rover 45 that makes big turbo sounds and grips quite well.

We all love this car, it’s so different and grabs attention anywhere we have the bonnet up. Under that bonnet you will find a 1.8 k series from a MFG fitted with Lotus Elise cylinder head and cams along with a turbo for good measure. It’s all really well done with a nice hidden intercooler, mapped ECU, predicted to be around 200hp!

The 45 shares a lot with the MB Civic meaning a surprisingly good platform to build on, handling wise it hasn’t had too much done which is perfect. All it’s really had is coilovers R888 tyres and a light brake upgrade but in all honesty that’s all you need.

Inside again is all tidy and does come with the factory seat, wheel and gear knob if you don’t want to feel like you are in a race car, when really you are in a rover.
